About The Position
The Employee Benefits Senior Account Representative assists the Account Management team in servicing and retention of accounts. This role involves providing internal assistance to Account Managers, handling product implementation paperwork with carriers, and tracking client plan documents such as booklets, contracts, and SPDs. The representative will also assist in preparing materials for client meetings and renewals, manage compliance documents, and help with enrollment and billing issues. Maintaining accurate client and team information in agency management systems and gathering renewal information for the Account Management team are also key responsibilities.
