Requirements

  • Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Open to candidates with varying levels of experience, from entry-level to seasoned producers.
  • Strong sales acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a results-driven mindset.

Nice To Haves

  • Candidates with a proven ability to generate $100,000+ in annual revenue are highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with EPIC, Zywave, and CRM systems is a plus but not required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively prospect and generate leads through various channels, including warm leads from bank partnerships, cold calling, and tools such as Zywave and MyEdge.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored employee benefits solutions to meet their needs.
  • Manage a mix of new and renewal business, with a focus on driving new revenue (approximately 40% new business, 30% renewals, negotiable based on experience).
  • Utilize internal systems, including EPIC, Zywave, proprietary software, and the bank CRM, to manage client accounts and track sales activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
