Requirements

Proven experience in Employee Benefits sales or a related field.
Strong understanding of Employee Benefits products and services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
Willingness to work in a flexible environment.
A valid insurance license or the ability to obtain one is required.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their employee benefits needs.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the agency’s Employee Benefits portfolio.
Provide expert advice and tailored solutions to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term retention.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service and support to clients.
Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and market conditions to provide up-to-date recommendations.
Represent the agency professionally in the field, attending client meetings and networking events.
