About The Position
Join a Clean Energy Revolution as an Employee Benefits, Principal Manager at Southern California Edison (SCE) and build a better tomorrow. In this role, you will leverage your strategic thinking, subject matter expertise, and people management skills to design and administer a variety of benefit plans and programs, including health and welfare, 401(k), cash balance, and employee stock purchase plans for over 26,000 participants (employees and retirees). You will enhance their satisfaction and well-being by leading a dedicated team of benefits professionals to ensure effective delivery of benefits and services. This position offers a dynamic and rewarding experience, allowing you to innovate and improve our plans and programs in response to industry trends and developments.
