This position is central to strategy, operations, and transformation, aiming to drive consistency, scalability, and operational excellence across regions, improve client service delivery, and support profitable growth. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field
  • Extensive experience in employee benefits brokerage, consulting, insurance carrier, or financial services
  • Proven track record of operational leadership and driving business performance
  • Experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives and organizational change
  • Strong leadership and communication skills across highly matrixed organizations
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Experience using technology and reporting tools to improve operations and decision-making

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a national or multi-regional operating model
  • Background in shared services or centralized operations environments
  • Experience supporting M&A integration and business transformation programs
  • Familiarity with enterprise-level operational dashboards and KPI reporting

Responsibilities

  • Partner with regional and office leadership to develop and execute national Employee Benefits operational strategies
  • Drive consistency across service delivery models, workflows, and operating standards across regions
  • Establish and implement operational policies, practices, and standards that support performance and scalability
  • Serve as the central Employee Benefits leader within enterprise Business Transformation initiatives
  • Translate enterprise strategy into practical, scalable operating models across the business
  • Lead and support large-scale operational transformation and organizational change efforts
  • Identify and implement process improvements, systems, and technologies that improve efficiency and client outcomes
  • Leverage operational insights and reporting to support decision-making and continuous improvement
  • Partner across teams to align tools, systems, and workflows with business priorities
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to measure operational effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities
  • Drive accountability for national growth, EBITDA, and service excellence goals
  • Support M&A integration, talent development, and employee engagement across the Employee Benefits organization
