Start your Voyage – Apply Now Getting to Know the Opportunity: We are seeking motivated and analytics interns to join the Employee Benefits team for the summer. The Employee Benefits Intern will have the opportunity to work in a corporate environment as an integral part of a team. Gaining hands-on experience in distribution, product, underwriting, finance, and operations. You will work closely with the team to support initiatives that drive revenue growth and improve sales effectiveness. The Contributions You’ll Make:

Requirements

  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • Dependable, quick learner who is independent and works well with others
  • Strong analytical, written communication and organizational skills
  • Microsoft Office proficiency and experience with Tableau preferred
  • Knowledge of finance, insurance industry, investment fields, insurance products or operations is helpful but not mandatory
  • Strong work ethics and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of finance, insurance industry, investment fields, insurance products or operations is helpful but not mandatory
  • Microsoft Office proficiency and experience with Tableau preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage several ongoing tasks and projects for various managers.
  • Responsible for market and industry research projects and reporting, data collection, consolidation, and presentation, and other communications support activities.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for leadership on key findings and recommendations
  • Work collaboratively to prepare analysis and reports for internal management
  • Assist with special projects and documentation efforts.
  • Attend and contribute to meetings.
  • Provide administrative assistance.
  • Other duties as assigned.
