About The Position

Employee Benefits Account Manager Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager to join a growing team. This role involves managing small group accounts (2-100 lives) and working closely with 2-3 producers to deliver exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee benefits, particularly in handling fully insured medical, dental, vision, and voluntary benefits. This position will require in-office work for the first six months, transitioning to a hybrid schedule thereafter.

Requirements

Active Life and Health License is required.
Minimum of 3 years of experience managing small group accounts in the employee benefits sector.
Proficiency in Epic software is preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
A proactive and client-focused approach to account management.

Responsibilities

Manage a book of business for small group accounts (2-100 lives) across all lines of employee benefits.
Collaborate with producers to handle renewals, open enrollment, and marketing efforts.
Quote and process renewal business, with a primary focus on renewals.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Utilize Epic software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
