About The Position

The Employee Benefits Financial Analyst at HUB International plays a crucial role in supporting Financial Consultants by managing financial data, preparing deliverables, and ensuring client satisfaction. This position involves gathering and auditing financial information, preparing professional presentations, and coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs effectively.

Requirements

• 1-5 years of insurance experience.
• Life & Health License or completion of licensing course within first three months.
• Superior customer service and critical thinking skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
• College degree, preferably in Finance or Math.

Nice To Haves

• Working knowledge of employee benefit plans, including HMOs, PPOs, HSAs, and ancillary coverage such as life, disability, dental, and voluntary insurances.

Responsibilities

• Completes initial level of standard financial deliverables.
• Assists in drafting technical sections of reports and presentation materials.

• Proficiently assists with the resolution of client or vendor data and financial issues.
