About The Position
As a Benefits Analyst at Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA), you will play a crucial role in implementing and managing policy data within the client database, Applied EPIC. This includes handling renewals, rewrites, and plan changes to ensure accurate tracking of client information throughout their lifecycle. You will also be responsible for collecting and organizing data to support both clients and the Health Benefits Consulting (HBC) team, preparing workbooks for Request for Proposal Client Projects, and conducting Open Enrollment meetings either virtually or at client sites. Timeliness and attention to detail are essential, as you will need to maintain high standards in your responses and documentation. Additionally, you will assist in preparing materials for the Benefit Consultant and Vice President, relay messages from clients and carriers, and perform various administrative duties as needed.
