About The Position
As a Benefits Analyst at Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA), you will play a crucial role in implementing and managing policy data within the client database, Applied EPIC. This includes handling renewals, rewrites, and plan changes to ensure accurate tracking of client information throughout their lifecycle. You will collect and organize data to support both the client and the Health Benefits Consulting (HBC) team, prepare workbooks for Request for Proposal Client Projects, and conduct Open Enrollment meetings either virtually or at client sites. Timeliness and attention to detail are essential, as you will assist in preparing materials for the Benefit Consultant and Vice President, document communications from clients and carriers, and perform various administrative duties as needed.
