About The Position
As a Benefits Consultant at Horton, a Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA), you will establish relationships with assigned clients and assume joint responsibility for client service and retention. Your role will involve creating and managing service plans, developing agency relationships with carriers and vendors, and handling advanced client service requests. You will also facilitate open enrollment meetings, review presentation materials, and conduct training sessions for clients' employees. Additionally, you will maintain ongoing training in healthcare reform and compliance, assist the consulting team with wellness and compliance services, and perform other duties as requested.
