The Standard is seeking an Employee Benefits Sales Consultant for its growing Voluntary Benefits Division. This role is crucial for driving top line premium growth, case count, and producer recruiting in the eastern half of Missouri, particularly in the St. Louis Metro area. The consultant will work closely with various Employee Benefit Brokers, Consultants, General Agents, Technology Partners, and Enrollment Firms to ensure profitable growth and meet sales objectives. Responsibilities include building consulting relationships, providing training and ongoing development, maintaining strong working relationships with internal teams, and analyzing markets to formulate recruiting and marketing programs. The position requires residency in the greater St. Louis metro area and an established broker network within the territory. Travel is required three days per week within the defined territory.
