Our Employee Benefits Commission Reconciliation & Audit Analyst are responsible for safeguarding the accuracy, transparency, and integrity of commission data across the Employee Benefits division. This role leads reconciliation and audit efforts within EPIC and other financial systems to ensure alignment between carrier payments, internal records, and operational data. The Analyst serves as a key resource in upholding financial integrity excellence—driving accuracy, compliance, and confidence in the organization’s financial reporting processes. The ideal candidate brings a strong analytical mindset, audit discipline, and expertise in employee benefits operations, with a passion for data accuracy and process improvement.
