About The Position
At Cottingham & Butler, we are excited to introduce our Client Consultant Development Program, which is designed to transform aspiring professionals into proficient Benefits Managers. This program is not just a training course; it is a comprehensive pathway to success within our benefits division. Participants will receive hands-on mentorship from our skilled leaders, who are dedicated to guiding you through the complexities of employee benefits. Over the course of the program, you will gain invaluable knowledge and experience that will contribute to your personal and professional growth. As a participant, you will engage in various activities that will empower you to make a significant impact in the field of employee benefits. You will dive deep into client data to develop tailored benefit plan recommendations that meet the unique needs of each client. Collaboration is key, and you will work closely with Sales Executives to solidify benefit plans that resonate with client-specific challenges. Additionally, you will strategize marketing efforts to effectively communicate the value of our services to potential clients. Your role will also involve providing authoritative advice on benefit management and compliance, ensuring that our clients are well-informed and supported in their decisions. Building and fostering strong client relationships will be essential, as you will serve as the primary advisor for benefits, committed to client satisfaction and actively seeking opportunities for account growth. This position is a full-time opportunity, and most benefits start on day one, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan with company match and profit-sharing options after a one-year waiting period.
