About The Position

The Employee Benefits Account Representative will assist Account Managers in the service and retention of clients. This role involves supporting the development of employee benefit summary drafts, fulfilling requests for supplies, tracking receipt of ID cards and contracts, and verifying the accuracy of client plan documents. The representative will also prepare account managers for employee meetings and provide general administrative support to the team.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Managers with development of employee benefit summary drafts for clients.
• Fulfill requests for supplies from clients and prepare open enrollment communications.
• Request census data from clients and gather general client information from identified carriers.
• Track receipt of ID cards, booklets, and contracts.
• Request contract changes and/or plan amendments as needed.
• Verify accuracy of client plan documents.
• Prepare the account managers for employee meetings.
• Provide general administrative support for the team.
• Develop client/carrier contact sheets.
• Maintain accurate client and team information in agency management system.
• Maintain client documents in ImageRight and share drive.
• Ensure accurate and timely response to all outstanding issues.
• Respond to requests from all partners by stated timeframes.
