Requirements
- 3 years of Employee Benefits experience managing small groups
- Active Life & Health license
- Benefits administration software, Ease
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills along with organizational skills.
- Experience with small groups and large groups
Responsibilities
- Managing small group accounts and some large groups.
- Collaborate with carriers and clients to organize meetings and enrollments.
- Prepare necessary paperwork and materials for all benefit presentations.
- Utilize your benefits knowledge to explain coverage options and offer the best recommendations.
- Build strong relationships with clients and earn their trust.
- Responsible for processing endorsements, proposals, and renewals.
- Communicate effectively when requesting information and important documentation.
