Requirements

  • 3 years of Employee Benefits experience managing small groups
  • Active Life & Health license
  • Benefits administration software, Ease
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills along with organizational skills.
  • Experience with small groups and large groups

Responsibilities

  • Managing small group accounts and some large groups.
  • Collaborate with carriers and clients to organize meetings and enrollments.
  • Prepare necessary paperwork and materials for all benefit presentations.
  • Utilize your benefits knowledge to explain coverage options and offer the best recommendations.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and earn their trust.
  • Responsible for processing endorsements, proposals, and renewals.
  • Communicate effectively when requesting information and important documentation.
