Requirements
- Experience - You have 2+ years of experience working on Employee Benefits accounts in a brokerage setting
- Software - You are proficient with Ease
- Certified - Active CA Life & Health/Accident License
- Groups - you have experience with mid-sized group accounts
- Bilingual in Spanish is required
Responsibilities
- Provide a high level of customer support to clients
- Check in with and distribute contracts with carriers
- Coordinate and attend open enrollment meetings
- Maintaining and keeping up-to-date with knowledge of legislative updates and industry information, and update clients on industry insurance
