Requirements

• 3-4+ years of Employee Benefits Account Manager experience
• Active Life & Health license
• Experience working with benefits administration software
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Organizational skills
• Experience with small and large groups

Responsibilities

• Servicing accounts of mostly small to large groups
• Build client relationships by creating a positive environment and providing a high level of trust and professionalism
• Help with open enrollments
• Processing endorsements, proposals, renewals, etc.
• Requests for information and documentation
