Requirements
- Employee benefits experience, preferably within a retail insurance brokerage environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage and advise on both small and large group benefits
- Active California Life and Health License
- Proficiency with leading industry platforms such as Ease, Employee Navigator, and BenefitPoint
- Microsoft Office Suite
- A strong, working knowledge of insurance markets, product offerings, complex rating systems, and critical underwriting processes
