The Account Coordinator provides administrative support to internal account managers and maintains a professional relationship with our external clients. This role involves a variety of essential tasks including data entry into Excel spreadsheets, internal agency management systems, carrier websites, and handling House Bill requests. The coordinator assists in marketing accounts, preparing reports, proposals, and presentation materials. They are responsible for auditing billing statements for accuracy, generating open enrollment materials such as enrollment guides, election forms, personalized confirmation sheets, and enrollment/change forms. The position also requires assisting with paperwork submission to carriers for implementation, attending local enrollment/client meetings as needed, delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining accurate agency files, and completing required training sessions. The role requires strong core competencies in problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, timely task completion, team collaboration, client focus, dependability, creative thinking, organizational skills, and adaptability.
