About The Position
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Clinical Director will oversee clinical operations for the EAP, providing leadership and support to a team of clinical professionals. This role is crucial in ensuring high-quality service delivery to public employees and their families, helping them address personal concerns that may impact job performance. The Clinical Director will also manage critical incident stress debriefings and serve as Acting EAP Director when necessary.
