This position supports the Mass General Brigham Employee Assistance Program's (EAP) mission to empower employees to solve life problems and promotes work satisfaction and well-being through consultation, support and education. The Employee Assistance Program Counselor supports the mission of the EAP and provides employee assistance services to staff, employees, and their immediate family across Mass General Brigham, and to the employees of all affiliated client companies that have arranged for EAP services. These services include clinical assessment, short term counseling and referral, establishment of community linkages and a provider network, case monitoring and follow-up. This position requires the ability to work independently with supervision. An EAP Counselor is expected to participate in EAP projects and committees as needed.
