About The Position

This position is responsible for providing a full continuum of Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services to employees, family members, leaders and teams. This is a mid-level clinical EAP position assuming more responsibility and complexity in work performed than the EAP Counselor position.

Requirements

• Masters degree in Counseling or Social Work or Marriage & Family therapy from an accredited institution
• Licensed in the appropriate mental health field

• Experience within a healthcare setting

Responsibilities

• Provide brief solution-focused therapy and support to individuals, couples and families
• Provide management consultations and support to leaders and teams
• Maintain client notes and case management according to EAP/HIPAA standards
• Conduct crisis intervention, including adverse event debriefs, urgent calls and follow up
• Train and present both in person and virtually
