About The Position

ICC Healthcare (Intensive Care Consortium) is seeking an intensivist to join their Employed Premier Travel Team. Our Premier Team of physicians implement new comprehensive critical care programs, implement best practices and evidence-based medicine, work with facility leaders in transitioning to an ICC program, serve as role models for other physicians, and at times provide coverage for staffing needs within our programs across the country. The success of the ICC intensivist program relies on strong team building strategies within the ICU, the hardwiring of best practice evidence base protocols and streamlining the delivery of hospital wide critical care services. Requirements

• Board certified in critical care (all tracks acceptable)
• Ability to obtain state licensure and DEAs in all 12 states in which ICC operates
• Interest and Ability to Travel
• At least 3 years Critical Care Experience preferred
• Ability to work Full Time, 12, 12 hour shifts per month
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends in a variety of ICU structures/models
• Must have strong communication and relationship skills to establish and achieve the ICU program's initiatives and goals
