About The Position

You will be contacted directly by the facility after applying to this position. Conditions of Employment: Employee Health requires all employed providers to complete a health screen per HFHS policy. COVID Vaccination Requirement; a provider must be fully vaccinated (unless they have an approved medical or religious exemption) before their application will be forwarded to a specialist during the credentialing process. Credentialing process Must maintain certification status All offers are contingent on credentialing/privileging Compensation and Benefits: Competitive salary range based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview). Requirements

  • BLS
  • Board Certified
  • Board Eligible
  • Michigan State License
  • Fellowship-trained in Gastroenterology
  • Clean Malpractice and License History
  • Current COVID and flu vaccinations
  • ERCP certification (will also consider someone that needs additional proctoring)
  • Does the provider require visa support - J1 or H1B?
