About The Position

At Next Level Medical, our Emotional Wellness Coach (LCSW) plays a crucial role in improving the mental and emotional well-being of our patients. Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, the Emotional Wellness Coach provides comprehensive mental health support and guidance through evidence-based practices. Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution
• Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of practice
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience providing mental health services
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and listening skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a commitment to our core values

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' emotional and mental well-being and develop personalized treatment plans
• Provide individual therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to patient care
• Monitor patient progress and make appropriate adjustments to treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient assessments, interventions, and progress
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current on best practices and new advancements in mental health care
