About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking an eMoney Advisor Planning Consultant to join our Advisor Platform Coaching group within Wealth & Investment Management. The eMoney Advisor Planning Consultant serves as a subject matter expert on financial planning technology and workflows, leveraging the eMoney platform to support advisors in creating comprehensive financial plans with Financial Advisors for clients . This role focuses on training, troubleshooting, and optimizing the use of eMoney to enhance advisor efficiency and client experience while helping Financial Advisors with planning concepts and suggestions. In this role, you will: Act as the primary resource for advisors using eMoney, providing guidance on best practices for financial planning and data integration. Conduct onboarding sessions and ongoing training for advisors and support staff on eMoney features and updates. Troubleshoot technical issues and liaise with eMoney internal support when necessary to resolve complex problems. Assist advisors in building and customizing financial plans, including cash flow analysis, retirement projections, and scenario modeling. Monitor platform usage and identify opportunities to improve adoption and utilization. Stay current on eMoney enhancements and industry trends to ensure advisors receive cutting-edge solutions. Collaborate with internal teams (IT, Compliance, Operations) to ensure seamless integration of eMoney with other systems. Present complex plans with Advisors to clients.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Business Growth Strategy experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Nice To Haves

  • Extensive eMoney experience or equivalent planning software
  • Extensive knowledge in financial planning
  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) or equivalent credentials with expertise in financial planning and/or taxation
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Successfully completed FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or equivalent) exams to qualify for immediate registration (or FINRA recognized equivalents)
