As Emerging Threats Portfolio Manager, you'll build and lead a portfolio of work related to national security, defense, cybersecurity, and CBRNE at the Federal and SLTT levels. To be successful in this role, you'll need to excel in four key areas: Client Delivery: Empower your team to achieve impactful outcomes across your portfolio balancing strong margins and healthy workloads Business Development: Lead contract growth on existing work; collaborate with the BD team to win work in new areas by expanding your pipeline, cultivating client and partner relationships, and managing opportunities in capture Subject-Matter Expertise: Represent CONSTANT as a national leader in your portfolio; build team expertise and capabilities aligned with client needs Leadership and Culture: Build and lead teams that achieve excellence in a collaborative and supportive environment This position is hybrid; most work is performed remotely but with periodic commuting to CONSTANT's headquarters in Alexandria, VA or client sites around the National Capital Region. Outside of commuting, travel is approximately 10%.
