The position requires completion of the Store Manager training program (LEAP) or a willingness to complete Walgreens Leadership Essentials training within 12 weeks of starting in the ESM role. Fluency in English is required, and candidates must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including extended days, evenings, and weekends. There is also a willingness to accept promotion into a Store Manager position, which may require relocation. Candidates should be able to transfer to other Walgreens retail locations within the same hiring area.
