About The Position

AECOM is seeking a Project Architect III to join our Columbus, Ohio office. This role is ideal for an architect who is continuing to build their technical and design skills and is excited to work in a collaborative, studio-based environment. You will work alongside experienced architects, designers, and engineers on a variety of projects, supporting the team through design, documentation, and construction phases. This position offers hands-on project experience, mentorship, and the opportunity to grow within AECOM’s architecture practice. Prepare design and contract drawings using Revit and modeling/ graphics software. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture plus four (4) years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Licensed as a registered architect or proven steps towards licensure, preferably in Ohio
Knowledge of buildings systems and material.
Proficient in Revit with 3D modeling skills in Sketchup and/or Rhino.
Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
Ability to produce design intent renderings and design concept diagrams.
A background in architectural design with growing technical skills
Experience working in Revit and producing construction documents
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well on a team
Attention to detail and a willingness to learn and grow
Interest in working on a variety of project types and scales
