About The Position

Schedule and maintain business calendars. This involves coordinating times, corresponding with internal/external participants, scheduling meeting rooms, addressing technology needs and handling catering arrangements as needed. The role also requires demonstration of excellent judgement as it relates to communication with internal and external clients, responding to requests, and re-prioritizing calls and meetings as needed. Make domestic/international travel arrangements. This includes developing detailed agendas, managing any visa requirements and addressing other travel/logistics related requirements as needed. Prepare, submit, and monitor expense reports and vendor payments for investment team members. Assist with preparation of PowerPoint presentations, including formatting, designing and pulling together slides from team's repository. Source documents and data from Firm systems as needed for team requests. Typical in-office presence of four days a week (Monday through Thursday), dependent on team's travel and meeting schedule. Demonstrate discretion with sensitive information related to firm, team, and/or staff. Manage other miscellaneous administrative tasks including technology requests, preparing copies and managing office supplies. - Bachelor's degree - 3 - 5 years relevant administrative support experience, preferably in the investment management industry. - Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills - Attention to detail and accuracy and strong organizational skills - Ability to support multiple individuals and projects concurrently with strong prioritization skills - Ability to work independently, ask for guidance as needed, and take direction - Flexible attitude with the willingness to learn about international financial markets and take on new projects - Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $90,000 and $110,000 per year at the commencement of employment. Requirements
