Established in 1921, Edward Rose & Sons is a privately held real estate development and management company that engages in a variety of land development and construction projects for apartment and senior living communities. We are a continuously growing company currently looking for an Emerging Leaders Intern who is interested in learning the business of a property management and development company. The Emerging Leaders Internship provides a broad foundation of the principles necessary for success as a property manager. An immersive onsite learning experience is central to our program; this experience includes sales training and leasing opportunities as a fully integrated onsite team member. Our interns also observe and participate in operations activities including financial, marketing, and maintenance elements. Interns develop and demonstrate skills in sales, management, and marketing and present findings and recommendations to members of senior leadership at several points during the internship. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone who is currently in college and majoring in residential property management, real estate, or related fields. This position is intended to last during the intern’s summer break, based on their school schedule.
