Requirements

• Recently received a Bachelor's degree OR will be graduating in December 2024 or May 2025.
• Work experience in construction, management, landscaping, or restaurant industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with Nationwide Commercial Exterior Management Programs from development to completion and closeout.
• Develop relationships with our Contract Partners to ensure they understand our Scope of Work, business requirements and how the Exterior Services team operates.
• Contact field personnel to communicate information regarding service activities.
• Serve as a liaison between the Quality Services Manager, customer, management team, contractor partner and any other party involved in the transaction.
