About The Position

As an Emergency Veterinarian at WVRC Racine/Kenosha, you will manage a variety of small animal ER cases, have the option to perform ER surgeries, use your clinical skills independently, and make confident decisions in fast-paced situations. You will contribute to a culture of high-quality, compassionate care.

Requirements

• Internship-trained or minimum of 2 years of emergency experience
• Comfortable managing high caseloads and working independently
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting
• Brings positivity, adaptability, and a solutions-oriented mindset to the ER floor

Nice To Haves

• Experience in leading training programs
• Ability to mentor and contribute to curriculum development
• Experience in guiding complex cases and modeling best practices
• Participation in DVM recruiting efforts
