Requirements

• DVM or equivalent degree.
• Passion for helping others and solving pet problems.

• Positive attitude and sense of humor.
• Strong interest in emergency medicine.

• Experience in emergency surgery.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced veterinary environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency medical care to pets in need.
• Communicate effectively with pet owners about their pet's condition and treatment options.
• Work collaboratively with a team of veterinary professionals.
• Participate in hospital retreats, huddles, team dinners, and happy hours.
• Perform emergency surgeries, particularly soft tissue surgeries.

• Industry-leading compensation with a salary range of $140,000.00 – $350,000.00 per year.
• Expected base salary between $180,000.00 – $200,000.00.
