About The Position

VCA Capital Area Veterinary Emergency and Referral Hospital (CAVES) is seeking a passionate and dedicated Emergency Veterinarian to join our talented team in Concord, New Hampshire-a hidden gem nestled between mountains, lakes, and the Atlantic coast. At CAVES, we don't just practice medicine-we elevate it. As a trusted regional leader in emergency and specialty care, we deliver compassionate, cutting-edge treatment across Merrimack County and beyond. Our 14,000-square-foot facility is fully equipped to support advanced, high-quality care with continuous ECG monitoring, full in-house laboratory, critical care ventilator, ultrasound, CT and MRI, full endoscopic capabilities, laparoscopy, digital radiography, and radioactive iodine (I-131) treatment for feline hyperthyroidism. Our hospital features board-certified specialists in internal medicine, neurology, surgery, and anesthesiology, along with a tenured, highly skilled Emergency team. You'll be part of a supportive environment where specialists and emergency doctors work seamlessly together to ensure the best outcomes for patients and clients. Requirements

  • DVM or equivalent veterinary degree
  • Experience in emergency veterinary medicine preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
