About The Position
The Emergency Services Team Manager has direct administrative and clinical responsibility for the Access Center program. The Coordinator supports the clinical and fiscal objectives of the program and NEC. Defines, under the direction of the Director of Nursing, (DON), policies and practices of the Access Center program. Educates and enforces same with Access Center staff through effective supervision. Coordinates internal and external service providers for the mutual benefit of persons served.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human services with 2 or more years’ experience in the mental health field
- Experience in an acute care of psychiatric setting preferred
- As required by degree
- Must possess a valid state issued driver's license
