About The Position
As an Emergency Services Dispatcher 1 with the Alaska State Troopers you will be expected to maintain positivity and resiliency while providing support for the field enforcement units of the Department of Public Safety at the Alaska State Troopers Northern Operations Center. You will display professionalism, compassion, and support to all individuals contacted in the line of duty, including the public, field enforcement units, civilian staff, other agencies, and coworkers. Your role will involve answering emergency and non-emergency calls for service via radio and phone for areas throughout the State of Alaska. This position offers a 30% mission-critical pay bonus in addition to the salary listed in the job posting.
