About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and fast-paced Emergency Room RN to join a dynamic team in Niagara Falls. In this role, you will provide critical care to patients presenting with acute illnesses and injuries in a high-volume emergency setting. Key responsibilities include: Rapidly triaging patients based on severity of condition Performing thorough assessments and initiating appropriate interventions Administering medications and treatments in a timely manner Collaborating with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams Monitoring patient status and responding to changes in condition Documenting care accurately and maintaining compliance with protocols Delivering compassionate, patient-centered care in high-pressure situations This position requires strong clinical judgment, quick decision-making, and the ability to thrive in an urgent care environment. Location: Niagara Falls, NY Assignment: 8-week contract | Urgent Start Schedule: 12-hour Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), weekends & holidays as needed Pay: Competitive pay

Requirements

• Current New York State RN License
• Minimum 1 year of Emergency Room experience (recent experience preferred)
• BLS, ACLS required (AHA or RQI only)
• Strong triage and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively in high-stress, fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Willingness to work in an environment with potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens

Nice To Haves

• PALS and/or TNCC preferred
