About The Position

We are looking for skilled and compassionate Emergency Room Registered Nurses (ER RNs) to join a fast-paced, high-acuity emergency department. This role requires quick thinking, adaptability, and strong decision-making skills to care for a diverse patient population. Requirements

• Active RN license in Florida or multistate compact eligibility
• 1+ years of recent acute care experience required (within the last year)
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Diploma in Nursing required
• BLS certification required prior to start
• Must obtain ACLS, PALS, and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification within 90 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Triage, assess, and treat patients with varying levels of acuity
• Provide critical nursing care for patients in emergency situations
• Develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Manage multiple patient cases, prioritizing care effectively
• Educate patients and families on post-care instructions and referrals
• Ensure strict compliance with patient safety and hospital protocols
