About The Position

Requirements

• ADN required (BSN preferred but not required)
• Active Florida or Compact RN license
• Must obtain Florida license within 90 days if Compact
• 1+ year of recent acute care ER RN experience
• BLS & ACLS: Required within 30 days of hire
• PALS: Required within 30 days of hire
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and critical thinking skills

Nice To Haves

• BSN preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, compassionate emergency care to patients of all ages
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and interventions
• Administer medications, interpret diagnostic tests, and manage IV lines
• Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary teams on care plans
• Assist with discharge planning and patient/family education
• Ensure compliance with safety and clinical care standards
• Maintain equipment and uphold infection control protocols
• Support performance improvement and departmental initiatives
