About The Position

We are hiring experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our fast-paced Emergency Department in Palatka, FL. Requirements

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
• Active RN license (Florida or Compact; FL license must be obtained within 90 days)
• Minimum 1 year of recent ER acute care RN experience required
• BLS and ACLS required within 30 days of hire
• PALS certification required within 30 days
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, compassionate emergency care
• Monitor and document patient conditions and interventions
• Administer medications and perform diagnostics as needed
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team on treatment plans
• Ensure adherence to safety and infection control protocols
• Support patient discharge planning and provide education
• Participate in department initiatives for continuous improvement
