About The Position
The Emergency Room Nursing Supervisor is a professional nurse who assumes responsibility and accountability for the delivery and management of patient care. They utilize the nursing process, the healthcare environment, and current technology to provide a climate which optimizes patient care and staff development. This position also provides clinical supervision for the nursing staff in the Emergency Room.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school preparing nurses
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Wyoming
- Obtain certifications required by the nursing specialty managing within 9 months of hire
Nice To Haves
- 3 years' experience in hospital nursing management preferred.
