About The Position

Join our elite medical team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the Emergency Room. LPNs play a crucial role in delivering quality care in high-pressure situations while gaining experience in a dynamic hospital environment. Requirements

• Current and valid state license.
• Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• IV certification upon hire (state specific).
• A current ACLS certificate is preferred or within 120 days of hire.
• A current PALS certificate is preferred or within 120 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Collect vital signs and patient histories, and document symptoms to aid the medical team.
• Administer medications, perform wound care, and assist with emergency procedures.
• Help prioritize patient cases based on urgency in collaboration with triage nurses.
• Maintain accurate patient records and report significant changes to the care team.
• Work with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive care.
