Priority Response Job Overview: Our Chino CA client, is seeking a highly motivated and dependable Emergency Response Specialist to serve as the first point of contact during property damage emergencies. In this critical role, you will assess situations on-site, communicate with clients, and initiate the mitigation process to ensure fast, effective response. This position requires professionalism, empathy, and a sense of urgency to support clients during challenging times. Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to emergency calls involving water, fire, mold, or biohazard incidents—day, night, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Conduct thorough on-site assessments, documenting damage and gathering key information for internal teams.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients, property owners, insurance adjusters, and internal staff to set expectations and explain next steps.
• Capture accurate job site documentation, including photographs, client details, and initial scope of work.
• Support stabilization efforts as needed, including water extraction, board-ups, and containment.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and uphold the organization’s core values of compassion, integrity, and responsiveness.
