Position Summary As an Emergency Response Manager, you will be the first point of contact for customers following fire and water emergencies. This fast-paced role focuses on rapidly responding to unsold leads, identifying new opportunities, and building strong relationships to convert leads into customers. Representing our company onsite, you will offer support and guidance while promoting our services to restore homes and lives. When disaster strikes, basic needs like food, shelter, and clothing become priorities. ServiceMaster partners with homeowners and insurance professionals to help put the pieces back together, prioritizing health and safety while providing the comfort that everything else can be restored or replaced.
