Realistic earnings well over $100,000+ Job Summary: The Emergency Response Coordinator will be responsible for responding to emergency leads in real time and effectively selling SERVPRO Team Wall mitigation and construction services to affected residential homeowners and commercial properties. Our company utilizes services which provide emergency lead notification in real-time. These leads will be provided to the Emergency Response Coordinator, and they will be expected to monitor, generate, and interpret lead sources. You’ll look to connect with the homeowner/property owner or authorized personnel at commercial properties or in residential rental situations. The goal is to sell SERVPRO Team Wall services necessary to provide mitigation to the emergency and lead into construction when/if applicable. The Emergency Response Coordinator must be able to provide quick response times to calls within their geographic area. Additionally, they must be available 24/7, including weekends and holidays to respond quickly to local emergencies.
