About The Position
Are you interested in behavior crisis response work? If so, the Emergency Response Clinical Manager position may be a great fit for you! Independent Living, Inc., a dynamic, multi-faceted disability services organization and a leader in the provision of peer services in the Hudson Valley is seeking to hire an Emergency Response Clinical Manager that possesses the following credentials: Licensed Social Worker (LMSW or LCSW); Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC); Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT); Licensed Creative Arts Therapists; Licensed Occupational Therapist; or Registered Nurse. This position will lead the team and respond, in collaboration with the New Windsor EMS, to calls related to behavioral health and substance use disorder; and provide counseling, harm reduction and connection to services/treatment for individuals and their circle of support. The goal is to reduce recidivism and provide individuals the tools and supports to prevent future crisis and pre-crisis situations while allowing them to remain well in the community.
