We are seeking an ERC to collaborate with owners, adjusters, project managers, First Responders, and community leaders following traumatic events such as fires or floods, to help our customers receive the highest quality care as they transition from chaos to calm. As an ERC, you need to think quickly but in a controlled manner to reassure the property owner that you can effectively manage their property. ERCs are dynamic speakers who are comfortable interacting in both one-on-one and group settings. What does an ERC with Paul Davis do? Serve your community when it needs it the most Generate revenue opportunities by directly consulting with property owners impacted by fire, water damage, or other large-scale emergency events Cooperate with public emergency response agencies and private entities Create and retain customer loyalty and preference by establishing a positive and trusting relationship with the customer Participate in restoration related community awareness events and programs Proactively searches for, acts upon potential opportunities Why Join the Team?
