About The Position

As an Emergency Recovery Coordinator (ERC) with Paul Davis, you will serve your community during critical times, generating revenue opportunities by consulting with property owners affected by fire, water damage, or other large-scale emergencies. You will work closely with public emergency response agencies and private entities, fostering customer loyalty through positive relationships. Your role will involve participating in community awareness events and proactively seeking opportunities to assist those in need. ERCs are essential in helping customers transition from chaos to calm after traumatic events, ensuring they receive the highest quality care for their properties.

Responsibilities

  • Serve the community during emergencies
